Mary Kathleen Neal leads the team as the Creative Program Director. Her primary responsibilities
include developing programs, site selections and fundraising initiatives. . Armed with
a degree from Chabot College in Interior Design, Kathleen’s desire is for the members of Kids
on Track Travel Club to be empowered with knowledge to make life decisions that will change the course of
their future. She lives in Union City, CA.
